How to Power Level by Grinding World of Warcraft?
There is no doubt that grinding is the most common and worth while way to level up in world of warcraft. To know this power leveling way, first of all, let’s better understand what is grinding.
Grinding is the process of killing monsters in the game to gain experience points (abbreviated as XP in most world of warcraft guides and in the game) that progress you from one level to the next till you hit the maximum level which is 60 for the normal game or 70 if you upgrade to the Burning Crusade. Also as you kill monsters and loot, you gain drops to sell or to equip your character which also helps you level up faster as your character becomes stronger and stronger.
Grinding sounds great, but after you try it, it is, without question, really very boring! Though it is a boring thing, but since some of the players want to know the best ways for it, here i tell you how to power level your characters in detail.
In order to wow power level fast, first of all, you need to familiar with the game, so try to do a lot of quests and make your character level to 30-35. After you already reaches 30, you can following my suggestions to grind to high level.
When your character is during 30-40, head to Stranglethorn Vale and start killing Venture Co. goblins around Lake Nezferiti. Travel to Desolace and kill Naga on the islands and shores. Watch out for the giants, if one sees you, be prepared to find your corpse. Head back to Strangelthorn and kill anything along the coastal areas near Booty Bay (Naga, Bloodsails, whatever you find).
After you reach 40, hit the southern Badlands and hunt Rock Elementals. There are lots of them, they respawn quickly and they have decent drops from time to time. The Badlands is also one of the best places to farm Mithril and Iron ore. Gold and silver veins spawn here from time to time as well. Head into the canyon in the western Badlands and farm Dragon whelps. Avoid the elites in the clearing and keep your eyes open for more mithril. Truesilver deposits spawn here occasionally. Travel to Tanaris and hunt Wastewander bandits. These folks are plentiful and give good drops. They are also the subject of a couple quests, so go after them! Attack the Naga at the other end of Feathermoon, in Feralas. They are fairly tough and can be trouble in groups, but give great xp.
When you reach 50 or high, return to Tanaris and raid the Dunemaul Ogre compound. They almost always patrol singly and almost never come to each other’s aid. Raid their cave for some extra loot. Attack the Deadwood village in Felwood. Killing these guys will not only help you gain reputation with the Timbermaw Hold (which you WANT), they give good drops. Make your way into Winterspring and kill the Highborn ghosts that haunt lake Kel’Theril. There is a quest to do there, so pick that up in Everlook. The ghosts go down easily and drop lots of good loot. Travel to the Western Plaguelands and grind the Sorrow Hill graveyard. At this point, the skeletons and ghouls will always give you xp, plus you can gain reputation with the Argent Dawn by killing them (until you hit Honored). They also drop Bone Fragments, which can be exchanged for Insignia of the Crusade at Light’s Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.
